This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) governing all interactions, bookings, services, and communication between Sara White (“I,” “me,” “my”) and clients (“you,” “client,” “suitor”). By accessing or using my website, contacting me through official channels, completing any booking form, providing verification and screening information, sending deposits, or engaging in any appointment or date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are legally binding and apply to all current and future engagements, including first-time bookings, regular clients, in-call and out-call services, extended and brief encounters, and any associated activities or communications.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 I provide professional companionship services only, including meaningful social interaction, shared attention, and personalized experiences.

1.2 Services do not include sexual services, kink, BDSM, or any activity outside the boundaries of connection-based companionship.

1.3 All services are limited to cisgender men, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation. I do not provide services to clients with mental health conditions, personality disorders (NPD, BPD, ASPD, etc.), or paraphilic disorders, as my work requires full psycho-emotional capacity for consent, safety, and shared well-being.

1.4 Physical accommodations may be discussed in advance for clients with disabilities or specific health conditions. You are responsible for disclosing relevant information honestly at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

2.1 All bookings must be made through the official booking forms on the website: Regular Clients Booking Form or First-Time Clients Booking Form.

2.2 Bookings are only valid once the following are completed (as applicable):

• Full and accurate submission of the booking form

• Completion of the verification and screening protocol for first-time clients

• Deposit payment as outlined on the Deposit page

2.3 Scheduling aligns with Toronto local time. For clients in different time zones, confirmation of timing is the client’s responsibility, and misaligned appointments due to time zone confusion are not the responsibility of Sara White.

2.4 Same-day bookings are only permitted for clients who have already completed verification and screening and have previously met Sara White.

2.5 Booking confirmations are explicit and formal. Tentative, verbal, or informal communication does not constitute a confirmed appointment.

3. Verification & Screening Protocol

3.1 Mandatory for first-time clients. This is a one-time protocol to confirm identity, assess suitability, and mitigate risks for both parties.

3.2 Required documentation:

• High-resolution selfie holding valid government-issued ID

• Canadian clients: driver’s license, passport, or photo ID

• International clients: passport (front and back pages)

3.3 All screening materials must be submitted to screen@transtoronto.net only and only after prompted by Sara White.

3.4 Screening ensures that clients:

• Are fully informed about expectations

• Do not have a history of concerning behavior or legal misconduct

• Understand and agree to all codes of conduct and policies

3.5 Any misrepresentation, falsified documentation, or incomplete submission may result in refusal, cancellation, or permanent disqualification from services.

4. Deposits, Payments, and Currency

4.1 A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure any booking. Deposits are paid via e-gift cards to gifts@transtoronto.net; the remaining balance is collected in cash at the start of the encounter.

4.2 Accepted e-gift card vendors include (but are not limited to):

• Amazon Canada

• Uber Canada

• Instacart Canada

• Zara Canada

• Lululemon Canada

• Sephora Canada

• Honey Birdette (Canada, US, International)

4.3 All rates are listed in CAD. USD is accepted at a 1:1 rate if explicitly agreed during booking.

4.4 Deposits are non-refundable. Exceptions only apply if rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours in advance, and the deposit is applied to a new date within the allowed timeframe.

4.5 Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. Emergency cancellations by me allow for rescheduling within two months.

4.6 Any alternative payment methods for large bookings or special arrangements must be pre-agreed in writing.

5. Conduct and Client Responsibilities

5.1 All clients must adhere to a high standard of behavior and respect. Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Disrespectful language or tone

• Inappropriate physical contact

• Boundary violations

• Any form of harassment, coercion, or pressure

5.2 Any inappropriate behavior during, before, or after the date will result in immediate termination of the service. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time without refund.

5.3 Clients must be honest and accurate in all submitted information, including legal name, age, health conditions, past experiences, and expectations.

5.4 Clients acknowledge and accept that I control the flow of all encounters and guide the experience. Compliance ensures comfort, safety, and mutual satisfaction.

6. Privacy, Discretion, and Communication

6.1 All communication is strictly private and confidential. This includes email, phone, SMS, and any other official channels.

6.2 Contact is only permitted through official channels listed on the Contact page. Any contact via unofficial channels is unauthorized and may be ignored.

6.3 Social media platforms are for presence and light interaction only. Bookings, deposits, and formal communication must be conducted through official channels.

6.4 The Client-Provider Discretion Agreement is always in effect. Breaches of privacy, disclosure of date details, or sharing of sensitive material without consent constitute a violation of these Terms.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

7.1 Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for the deposit to be applied to a future booking.

7.2 Rescheduling is permitted within three months for first-time or regular clients, provided notice is given in advance.

7.3 No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit deposits, and repeated violations may result in refusal of future services.

7.4 In emergencies where I must cancel, deposits will be applied to a rescheduled date within six months.

8. Liability and Safety

8.1 All interactions occur in a safe and controlled environment, but clients assume responsibility for personal actions and adherence to rules.

8.2 I am not liable for any incidents caused by client negligence, misrepresentation, or failure to follow guidelines.

8.3 Screening mitigates risks but does not replace legal or personal due diligence. Clients acknowledge that booking involves real-world interaction, and standard precautions should be taken.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

9.1 All content on TransToronto.net, including images, text, videos, graphics, designs, and layout, is copyrighted and owned by Sara White.

9.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, edit, or otherwise use any content without explicit written permission.

9.3 Any gifts, media, or content provided during or related to services are considered personal or professional property and are handled according to agreed privacy protocols.

10. Governing Law and Compliance

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

10.2 Clients agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including those concerning consent, privacy, and legal age requirements.

10.3 Any disputes arising from services, bookings, or communication will first be addressed through direct communication and, if necessary, legal avenues consistent with Canadian law.

11. Final Acknowledgement

By proceeding with booking, communication, deposit, or any engagement, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Consent to all outlined processes, policies, and protocols

• Accept full responsibility for your own behavior and adherence to the guidelines

• Acknowledge the non-negotiable, professional, and structured nature of my services

Failure to comply with any of these Terms may result in immediate termination, refusal of service, or legal action if warranted.
